The costs shown in the Master Facility Plans indicate an estimate for the magnitude of costs associated
with the anticipated scope for each category of work. The costs were determined based on historical cost
data from similar renovation, refresh, and new construction projects in Ohio. The costs were projected for
a 2018 construction start with 2.5% annual inflation factor. The final costs will vary and therefore the finite
details of the scope of work will be developed and adjusted as needed to meet the cost expectations.
