F elecia Westbrook—Williams
Felecia “FeFe” Westbrook was born to Evon Wilson and Robert Theodore “Teddy” Westbrook, in
Watts, CA. She was Evon’s second of five children with siblings, Tasha, JJ, Kisha, and Larry. She attended
Lindbergh Elementary School and Hosler Middle School, both in Lynwood, CA, and graduated from
Harriet Tubman High School in Compton, CA.
FeFe had her first child Aleasha “Nana” Moody right out of high school. A couple years later she met
Lawrence Roddy and had her second daughter, Lareasha “Nook” Roddy and they all transitioned to Rialto,
CA from Watts, CA.
While living in Rialto, Felecia had a few jobs, but decided to become an entrepreneur to support her
family. Felecia kept her daughters busy with track and field, on a team called, “Team World”. She decided to
assist and train with the team and later became the coach. She enjoyed coaching and spending time with her
girls and in her free time to did hair for family and friends.
FeFe loved fancy cars, sweat suits, Nike shoes, jewelry, but most of all, being with her family; even
though she may be late, she still showed up. She was the life of the party, always dancing, laughing, ready to
lend a helping hand, ready to take care of business and ending a good time saying, “Boo-yah”!
Felecia later met and married Roy Billy Williams on May 11th, 1997, and they were married until
her passing. She enjoyed having a bigger family and being a Stepmom. Felecia became a member of Faith
Temple Ministries in January 2014, under the leadership of Pastor Anthony Brown, in the City of San
Bernardino. She later joined the choir January 2015 as well.
