are pregnant, or family history of/or you have glaucoma- raised eye pressures]
• Cold and flu tablets (with phenylephrine, NOT pseudoephedrine - this is a WADA banned
substance in competition)
• Hydralyte electrolyte tablets
• Ibuprofen
• Imodium Zapid wafers/Lomotil or similar for gastro
• Paracetamol
• Prochlorperazine (Stemetil) or metoclopramide (Maxolon)
• Strepfen / strepsils throat lozenges
• Ventolin- if ever used
Equipment and Other

• Travel wash line, pegs, washing liquid/soap.
• Sports gear i.e., mouthguard, compression gear, shin pads etc.
• Foam rollers, spiky balls, TheraBand etc
• Pre-wrap/strapping that you routinely use/knee brace.
• Gatorade/Powerade/hydrolyte tablets, water bottle
• Argentinian plug- see below.
• Tool to eject sim card.
• Umbrella
• Ziploc bag for food
• Snacks (recovery food etc.)
Clothing

• Australia Team uniform
• White Runners for the opening ceremony
• Underwear
• Socks
• Something to sleep in
• Bathers
• Smart casual wear for Shabbat
• Open/masters athletes- casual wear as required. Juniors will always wear team wear except
on shabbat.
• Kippah
• Footwear thongs/sandals/casual shoes/runners, spare laces- for boots
