Fanfarria Novi Temporis Caribbean Quartet Merengue Fantasia
       An evening to commemorate Maestro José Antonio Molina’s 35 year career and 10 years as musical director of the Dominican Symphony Orchestra.
José Antonio Molina Miniño studied at the National Musical Conservatory in Santo Domingo. In New York, he studied at the Manhattan School of Music and at Juilliard. He made his musical debut as a pianist in 1984. Maestro Molina is a conductor, pianist and composer.
 María Marte, la cocinera feliz!
María Marte is a Dominican chef from Jarabacoa, who started off washing dishes in Club Allard in Madrid. Only a few years later she played her part earning two Michelin stars.
Despite her role as a single mother, suffering racism, exhaustion and longing for home and the children she had left behind, she rose to great heights in her profession.
After 16 years she returned home to her children and a new life.
She has run cooking schools for women with few resources several of whom have been selected for internships in Madrid, learning the trade and skills just as she did.
She travels widely demonstrating her expertise.
