The beautiful country of Bulgaria lies in Eastern Europe, between the Black Sea and the Balkans.
Cuisine
It shares many flavours and dishes with Greece,Turkey , Iran, but also, surprisingly, with Gujerat in Western India. In the 7th Century traders from India brought herbs and spices which enhanced the recipes.
