            The Supplier Must

                    1. Develop or obtain a Material Data Safety Sheet for each controlled product imported or
                           sold for use in a workplace as required by the Hazardous Products Act, and Controlled
                           Products Regulations (i.e. has all the required information).
                    2. Ensure that the MSDS for a controlled product:
                               i.  discloses information that is current at the time of sale of the product;
                               ii. was prepared and dated not more than 3 years before the sale; and
                              iii. is available in both English and French.
                    3. Transmit to the purchaser (on or prior to the date of sale of a controlled product), a copy
                           of the current MSDS, unless the purchaser has already received it with a previous
                           purchase. The MSDS must be provided in the official language or languages requested
                           by the purchaser.
