                        Ticketing Officer     : Yes, sir. We can lease the return date open. But the return
                                                            portion of  the ticket must be used within 30 days.
                        Customer            : Okay, that will be no problem.
                        Ticketing Officer     : Your tickets come to 558 dollars. How would you like to
                                                            pay for them?
                        Customer            : I’ll have my secretary come pick them up. She can pay for
                                                            them then.
                        Ticketing Officer     : Okay. The tickets have to paid on week before departure or
                                                           your reservation will be cancelled.
                        Customer            : I’ll send my secretary over this afternoon.
                        Ticketing Officer     : That will be fine. Does she now where our offices are
                                                            located?
                        Customer            : Yes. She’s been there before.
                        Ticketing Officer    :  Okay then, Sir. I have two round-trip tickets in the name of
                                                            Dick and June Greene. The Chicago-Evansville flight. The
                                                            portion of that ticket is confirmed for Friday, June 21st at
                                                            7.15.
                        Customer            : That is correct.
                        Ticketing Officer     : The return portion has been left open. The total price comes
                                                            to 558 dollars and we should expect your secretary to pict
                                                            the tickets up at the office this afternoon.
                        Customer            : Thanks very much.
                        Ticketing Officer    : Our pleasure, sir. I hope you enjoy flying with Silver
                                                            Airways.
                        Customer            : Goodbye.
                        Ticketing Officer     : Goodbye.
