OFFICE VISITS
When visiting the office, we are eager to help in any way possible. Here are a few things you may want to remember so that your visits are pleasant and productive.
Location/Parking
When visiting the office for brief periods of time, park in the small lot, near the pickle ball courts. Leave the front spaces for our visitors. (If you will be at the office for an extended period of time please park in the main parking lot.)
Appropriate Office Behavior
When visiting the office always remember to practice proper professional behavior. Remember staff in our office and throughout the other offices in the Civic Center are conducting business on the phone and at the counter. Please keep voices low. Remember at all times that you represent CTPR. Also, while visiting the office, we may be shorthanded so please be understanding if asked to hold a moment when calling or coming into the office with a question.
Roster and Other Document Requests
Updated hard copies will be available upon request. These updated rosters will be given to you at the Monday morning staff meetings. If you need to make a special roster or computer request, please give the office staff at least a one hour notice. Check your roster each week for special notices (allergies, custody issues, etc.).
Child Information
When contacting the office to inquire about information on a child be sure to have all information with you, such as the parent’s name, phone number and street name.
Office Equipment
The office staff will be happy to show you how to use any of the office equipment to ensure that you may use it on future visits (i.e. computer, copier, laminator, etc.). When visiting the office, please plan some extra time for distractions since the office can get very hectic at times. If the copier jams notify someone on site immediately – never walk away from a jam.
Pay Checks
Check stubs will be emailed to you each pay day. You need the last 4 digits of your Social Security number as a password to view your stub. If you make any changes to your email address or bank/credit union during the year – you must contact us at once to insure prompt and correct payroll deposits.
General Information
Feel free to come to the office to make copies. Copies may be made at the office during your prep time (with your zone supervisor’s permission) after work until 4:00pm or on Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. The phone number at the Clinton Township Recreation office is (586) 286-9336.
