Power Tumbling Pre-Beginner Tumbling is the perfect class for cheerleaders, dancers, gymnasts or any athlete who wants a solid foundation for future tumbling skills. Skills taught include; forward and
backward rolls, headstands, handstands, bridges, backbends, bridge kick-overs, cartwheels and round-offs.

Ninja
Gym-Kour Ninja classes are fitness and agility based classes that blend Gymnastics, Par-Kour and American Ninja Warrior for kids. Students will be introduced to several gymnastics events as well as our custom made Ninja Warrior Structure.

Parent and Tot Gymnastics
Parent TOT (walking-36 months): Tots, with a parent or caregiver, will participate in coach-instructed activities to develop gross and fine motor skills. Classes will use floor exercises, balance beams, bars and trampolines, to build confidences as well as cognitive skills (following direction), coordination (climbing) and balance. This is enhanced by music, games, and body movements that integrate gymnastic skills like jumps, rolls, and arm movements. Come and bond with your favorite little person! Ages: Walking – 36 months CO-ED
