Reach for the Stars Gymnastics
Firecrackers “Take off” with the FIRECRACKERS where the focus is generating gymnastics skills, strengthening skills, flexibility and coordination. Children will use specialized mats, bars, trampolines, beams, parachutes, tunnels and much more to reach these goals.*Requirement: Children must be able to stay with the group and follow basic instruction.

Rockets “Aim High” with the ROCKETS! Children will be introduced to specialized gross motor skills, (straddles) flexibility, coordination and focus is on basic gymnastics skill development on trampoline, tumbling, bars and beam.

Girls Recreational Gymnastics
Gymnastics Beginner gymnastics skills. Students will learn basic skills on all events: Bars, Beam, Floor, Vault and Trampoline. Our coaches create an environment with positive reinforcement and the encouragement necessary to keep athletes motivated.
