Ninja Sidekicks - Parent Assisted (walking-3 years): Ninja Sidekicks, with a parent or caregiver, will participate in coach-instructed activities to develop gross and fine motor skills. Sidekick classes are an exciting opportunity for parents to participate in a variety of gross motor experiences to support their young child’s growth and development. Students will be introduced to several gymnastics events as well as some ninja obstacle courses. Ninja classes build confidence as well as cognitive skills (following direction), coordination (climbing) and balance.

Firecrackers Gymnastics “Take off” with the FIRECRACKERS where the focus is generating gymnastics skills, strengthening skills, flexibility and coordination. Children will use specialized mats, bars, trampolines, beams, parachutes, tunnels and much more to reach these goals. *Requirement: Children must be able to stay with the group and follow basic instruction.

Ninja Classes are fitness and agility based classes that blend Gymnastics and skills similar to Par-Kour and American Ninja Warrior for kids. Students will be introduced to several gymnastics events as well as custom made ninja structure. Ninja classes build confidence as well as cognitive skills (following direction), coordination (climbing) and balance.
