Parent and Tot Gymnastics Our young athletes, with a parent or caregiver, will participate in coach- instructed activities to develop gross and fine motor skills. Classes are an exciting opportunity for parents to participate in a variety of gross motor experiences to support their young child’s growth and development. Students will be introduced to several gymnastics events as well as some obstacle courses. These classes build confidence as well as cognitive skills (following direction), coordination (climbing) and balance. Parent Assisted.

Firecrackers Gymnastics “Take off” with the FIRECRACKERS where the focus is generating gymnastics skills, strengthening skills, flexibility and coordination. Children will use specialized mats, bars, trampolines, beams, parachutes, tunnels and much more to reach these goals. *Requirement: Children must be able to stay with the group and follow basic instruction.

Rockets Gymnastics Aim High” with the ROCKETS! Children will be introduced to specialized gross motor skills, (straddles) flexibility, coordination and focus is on basic gymnastics skill development on trampoline, tumbling, bars and beam.

Mini Ninjas will participate in coach-instructed activities to develop gross and fine motor skills. Ninja Classes are fitness and agility based classes that blend Gymnastics and skills similar to Par-Kour and American Ninja Warrior for kids. Students will be introduced to several gymnastics events as well as custom made ninja structure. Ninja classes build confidence as well as cognitive skills (following direction), coordination (climbing) and balance.
