Gym Kour Ninjas Ninjas (Ages 7-13 years): Ninjas will participate in coach-instructed activities to develop gross and fine motor skills. Ninja Classes are fitness and agility based classes that blend Gymnastics and skills similar to Par-Kour and American Ninja Warrior for kids. Students will be introduced to several gymnastics events as well as custom made ninja structure. Ninja classes build confidence as well as cognitive skills (following direction), coordination (climbing) and balance.

Ages: Co-ed 7–13 years No Class October 31
Girls Recreational Gymnastics Beginner gymnastics skills. Students will learn basic skills on all events: Bars, Beam, Floor, Vault and Trampoline. Our coaches create an environment with positive reinforcement and the encouragement necessary to keep athletes motivated.

Dance Classes

Preschool Rhythm is an incredible class to get children started in the right direction. Each week we change the style of dance so they get exposure to all forms of dance including: Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Ballet, and Pom. This will give parents an idea of what their child is interested in and prepare them for the 4 year old classes. We use many props, exciting songs, & enjoy showing off to their parents. “Ta Da!” (ages 2 1⁄2 - 4) We can move them out of this class when they get closer to 4 years old or their coordination skills are satisfactory.
On the last day of class – there will be a “Visitor’s Day” for participants to show their family members what they have learned and take photos/videos.
• A parent or guardian must stay in the building during their class
• Any dance clothes are appropriate, Leotards, tights, skorts, stretch pants, sweats, hair bows... dress them up so they feel special. No “play” clothes.
• Tennis shoes are required. Please no ballet shoes or slippers.
Ages: 2 1⁄2 - 4 (30 minute class. Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Ballet, and Pom)
