JUST fOR KIDS
SATURDAY, AUGUST 10 11:00 A.M. Young Explorers: Incredible Insects
Calling all kids ages 7-10 who want to explore and learn more about our local nature and wildlife.
For each program, we will add entries to a nature journal, which participants can make here and bring back each time. Our August program will focus on our local insects – what lives in our neighborhood and why they are so important! Join us for a fun look at some six-legged friends, including a catch-and- release expedition through Milliken State Park!
FEE: Included with the price of admission. Only the admission fee is charged at registration.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 17 11:00 A.M. Cub Club: Nature's Colors and Shapes
A special set of opportunities for our youngest guests. Children ages 3-6 will enjoy a story time, arts and crafts, and hands-on nature experiences. This session will include a hike that focuses on the colors and shapes we can find within the plants, trees and wildlife, in our natural environment!
We recommend joining the fun at the start time. We may not be able to accommodate those who arrive more than 15 minutes into the activity.
