                                                  SAFETY AND SECURITY

The technology is based on Plasma technology, which is inert, safe, and non-explosive. No free hydrogen
(H2) is generated or stored within the unit, unlike hydrolysis, where H2 & O2 gasses are generated and
required to be stored under pressure. The plasma unit does not produce any explosive gasses.

Hydrogen is not contained or stored, and the unit is completely safe. If bombed it will not explode, as
there are no explosive components or products in the system. The unit is completely inert and non-volatile
            in the production of power.

The unit does not suffer from the explosive properties associated with hydrogen gas. The entire plant is
also made of titanium and steel with no corrosion from the in-feed or products.

The unit complies with all Military Specs and Industrial certifications that would normally be applicable to
a power plant of this nature. The plasma unit has a small footprint, is easily contained, and controlled,
and on average is less than 1,500 sq. feet. The total area required for the installation is less than 20,000
            square feet.

If the unit is to be rapidly relocated, this can be achieved without any lengthy process and can typically
be decommissioned and removed within 7 – 14 days. From a security point of view, the unit can be
started and stopped within minutes by LANGENBURG technicians.
