In this role, you will be responsible for managing personal lines, retain
new and existing clients, and maintain a partnership with producers to
support business development. You will also

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the
phone
• Maintain relationships with insurance companies
• Negotiate renewals for existing customers
• Obtain information and documentation from customers
• Resolve customer issues
• Promote insurance products
• Properly document the details of customer and company

You should be:
