Step 4: After most of the bend is straightened, the remaining bow can be removed using your
knee.

Step 5: The remaining minor waves are removed by hand straightening. Use a straight surface
or desk edge to assess the straightened section and make any final tweaks.

Step 6: Once you have straightened the line, you are ready to install your Inline Tubes. Be sure
to remove the straightening tags at this time. If any tag adhesive remains, it may be removed
with nail polish remover or lighter fluid.

Quick Tip: Removing Shipping Bends: DO NOT use a tubing bender. The bender has a
small wheel that will kink the tube when bending in the opposite direction. Remove shipping bends BY
HAND.
