GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
1. Hard copies of the Manuscripts should be sent in duplicate and Soft copies on a CD or by email.
2. Receiving of paper will be acknowledged through email only.
3. An author will receive a complimentary copy of the issue in which his/her paper appears.
4. Manuscripts which do not conform to the guidelines will not be considered for publication.
5. The selection of papers for publication will be based on their originality, relevance and clarity, the extent to which
they advance knowledge, understanding and application and their likely contribution towards inspiring further
research and development.
6. The articles will be sent to the evaluation board for approval and only the selected articles will be published.
7. Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit the manuscript based on the referees' comments. Copyright of all
accepted papers will vest with the journal.
8. Only those book reviews will be accepted that pertain to Management or allied disciplines. The book review must
contain the title of the book, author's name, publisher's name, year of publication, price, ISBN etc. The review
should not normally exceed 1000 words.
9. The Manuscript should be sent along with a cover page containing article title, author's name designation, official
address, contact address, phone, fax numbers and email address.
10. Abstract. Submit an abstract of 200 words and 4-5 keywords.
11. Manuscripts should normally be between 2,000 - 5,000 words (5-14 A-4 size pages). It should be typed in 12-
point, Arial Font in double-space, with the margins of 1.5 inches on all sides to facilitate editing and styling.
Microsoft Word for windows and WordPerfect are the preferred software for submission.
12. The page number must be on all pages of the paper, including the title page.
13. Present charts, tables and other graphics on a separate sheet of paper, gathering them together at the end of the
article. Use short and crisp titles and headings in tables and figures. Include a mention of each figure or table in
the text itself in the margin where the figure or table should go. All tables & figures should have information of
source & be serially numbered.
14. The manuscript must include a reference list at the end, which list the articles, books etc cite in the paper. The
reference list must be double-spaced and in alphabetical order. Use APA (American Psychological Association)
style of referencing.
15. The Authors will be solely and completely responsible for maintaining the ethical standards during their course of
research.
