I’m Irfan Ullah, I was born on 2 March 1996 in a middle-class
family. I completed my bachelor’s in medical laboratory
technology from Gandhara University Peshawar Pakistan.
During my studies I active member of the students’
organization Study Aid Foundation for Excellence Pakistan
(SAFE). The SAFE Mato facilities for poor students for higher
education motivate students in positive activities, and skill
development activities in students. I joined SINA diagnostics
Lab and Naser Teaching Hospital (NTH) for an internship
during my studies. Then, I started working at Kutiyana
Memon Hospital (KMH) as a medical lab technologist in
Karachi. After a few months of working at KMH, I started
working at Liaquat National Hospital and Medical & Dental
College (LNH&MC) as an assistant medical lab technologist.

my job at LNH&MC, I worked voluntarily with Alkhidmat
Foundation Pakistan part-time. Alkhidmat Foundation is
also a non-pro t organization in Pakistan that works based
on humanity in education, health, disaster, etc.

Now I’m a master’s student of Biotechnology at the

Graduate School of Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad)
Indonesia under the KNB scholarship. Before coming
to Indonesia, I only knew Indonesia is one of the
largest countries in the Muslim world. When I arrived
in Indonesia, I face many challenges like food,
language, and culture. I gradually adapted to this
environment. Indonesian society is very peaceful and
friendly. And a very wonderful culture. Now I don’t
feel any fear or difficulty in this society. About the
Unpad, it’s a little difficult for new students to
understand the lecturer’s teaching method,
homework, teaching materials, and teaching
language. Language is one of the hardest stones, in
the way of my study, but now mostly I understand.

study, like the UNPAD online/offline libraries, and
research laboratories, the Staff’s humble behavior,
and the lecturer’s teaching method. I’m hoping the
Unpad will help the achieve my future great
milestone.
