The CALEA TRI-ARC Award is given to the governing body(s) and agencies that have concurrent CALEA accreditation for their law enforcement, public safety communications and public safety training agencies. The latest recipient of the CALEA TRI- ARC Award is the Monmouth County (NJ) Sheriff’s Of ce.

During the celebration banquet in St. Louis, MO, CALEA was presented with the Seven Seals Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). ESGR is an entity of the Department of Defense with the mission of informing members of the National Guard and Reserve Forces and Employers of their rights and responsibilities under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (USERRA). The Seven Seals Award is given
in recognition of signi cant individual or organizational achievement, initiative, or support of ESGR mission. As
part of the law enforcement accreditation program, CALEA requires law enforcement agencies to ensure members of the National Guard and Reserves are treated fairly and within the requirements of the USERRA.
