Commissioner Holt was bylined in an article that shows the value of accreditation and the positive impact it has on a community in PM Magazine, an ICMA publication.
Commissioners Joe Schafer and Richard Myers co-authored a white paper proposal distributed by the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives, de ning accreditation as a tool to address the President’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing objectives.
Executive Director Hartley was included as a “Voices from the Field” resource within the text book entitled, Police and Society, Seventh Edition.
