Daily Review Email and Team Communication






               What is It?



                   •  You should respond to any guest email and review a team
                       communication log for any outstanding issues daily.

                   •  A team communication log may be referred to as a “red book” or
                       simply anything your team takes notes in to communicate

                       between shifts.


               Why is it Important?



                   •  Handling outstanding issues promptly and professionally will show
                       your team members and guests that their concerns are your
                       concerns.


               How Does It Impact Your Business?



                   •  Taking too long to respond to a guest can leave the impression
                       you do not care and are not interested in their business.
