Full renovation of 754 guestrooms and associated corridors. The DMS International
extensive renovation occurred while the hotel maintained their February 2018 to August 2018
occupancy and included 577 shower conversions, 637 barn door
installations and new electrical and plumbing fixtures throughout. Youth for Christ – Montgomery County
New carpet, tile, paint and wallcovering finishes highlight the January 2011 to February 2018
upgraded and newly installed FF&E package.
