Located in the heart of New York City’s Time Square, the lobby and front desk
areas were renovated with extensive millwork. Ginger’s restaurant also received CONTRACT VALUE:
a full remodel along with the Assacent Fitness Center. Within the hotel, 8 one $3.4 million
bedroom-two bathroom suites were modified into 16 new keys.
