Warranty Information
Unless Ichor and Purchaser have expressly otherwise agreed in
writing, Ichor warrants that the products sold hereunder shall
be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period
of 12 months from the date of delivery to Purchaser. Products
may be returned with prior authorization provided by Ichor.
Ichor will evaluate and disposition the products immediately
upon return. Ichor shall not be liable for damage to or loss of
goods furnished by the Purchaser. Ichor is not to be held liable
for direct or indirect incidental or consequential damages
caused by its products. In no case shall Ichor’s liability exceed
the price paid for the product.
