        STEP 1            POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS


        The first thing I look at when I wake up, is my positive
        affirmations poster above my toilet. I make sure not to use
        my phone for the first hour of being awake, so I gain focus
        before I start my day.



        STEP 2            JOURNAL

        I make sure to keep a journal, and I make journal entries
        daily.  I also use my journal to write down my continuous
        “crazy” ideas (which I have a lot of them).  That way I can go
        back and refer to them later and make action plans to
        accomplish them.



        STEP 3            READ & LEARN


        I am always reading books I can relate to.  Two great books are
        Relentless by Tim S. Grover, and The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone.


        STEP 4            WORKOUT


        I work out for 60 minutes every morning, which allows me to keep both
        my mind in shape and gives me the increased energy and motivation to
        keep on achieving.


        STEP 5            FUEL YOUR LIFE WITH HEALTH


        For breakfast I eat well balanced, energy food.  Eating the right food is
        another great way to start your day out energized, and to feed your body and mind.
