Bull Fertility - Every bull has had a com-
plete Breeding Soundness Exam and has
been Semen Tested. Cody Ames DVM

Heifers - All Heifers are Brucellosis Vac-
cinated, Pelvic Girth Checked, and Guaran-
teed Open.

CVI (Health Certificate) - Available for in-
terstate shipment if needed. Cattle selling to
an area that requires additional tests will
have to complete tests before shipment.

EPD - EPD stats are strictly from our Herd
and are not influenced as AI’d Sire Groups
are, thus resulting in lower EPD numbers.

Bidding - Will be by Silent Auction. Each
animal offered for sale will be sold to the
highest bidder. Each bid shall constitute a
binding contract between Buyer and Seller.

Terms of Sale - Cash or bankable check. All
settlements are to be made with the sale
clerks immediately following the conclusion
of the sale.

Announcements and Changes - Any chang-
es or additions to information in the cata-
logue will be announced and take prece-
dence.

Transportation - Is at the buyers expense
and responsibility. Please arrange trucking. If
your animal needs to stay here we will care
for it at the cost of $20 per week. Animals
left at The Ranch will be at the Owners own

risk.
