Mauna'Kea Burning.
Humans have When we are young, we are hardened by the safety of not knowing anything. Our ignorance is bliss and
the older we get the more we expose our minds to what the world really is like and the more the layers
peel off.
layers too, We are left to the spill that burns us from the outside in like lava on the sides of a mountain. Just as a
knife cuts through our innocence, we work hard to make sure we don’t fall apart and like the earth
and with each withstanding the lava’s heat, we make sure it will mold us to be as strong as the core.

strength to wipe away these tough times.
