healthy soil. Everything we
know as life comes from
soil. Soil is the unifying
force. The students of DPS
Jammu came forward to
become harbinger carrying
the message of this change
that will help to save our
soil.
All the children came
together to spread
awareness and bring to
light the plight of the soil.
The Earth warriors from
classes Pre-Nursery to Class
I were engaged in activities
that motivated and inspired
them to work towards the
cause.
Day 1 saw students from
classes Pre-Nursery to Class
I pouring their thoughts
creatively on paper in
Slogan Writing activity on
Save Soil.
“I do and I remember”
was the theme of the Day 2
as the students of class Pre
Nursery to Class I filled
colours in the pictures
that talked about Save Soil
theme.
Day 3 came up with the
theme “Be Loyal to Soil” in
which students of class Pre
Nursery to Class I created a
collage on soil preservation.
Day 4 came up with
theme “Speak out for Soil”
in which Pre Primary wing
students recited rhymes
about Earth and Soil in Hindi Recitation Competition.
Day 5 was the culmination of all the efforts made by the students and the teachers.
In the words of Sadhguru, “ Soil is life. The very conundrum of life and death. The only magic material
that turns death into life. Let’s not turn this magic into tragic. Let’s save soil.”
