“Dynamite” Shrimp



                                         Ingredients


               1 Cup Mayo
               ½ tsp lime
               1tsp Sriracha sauce
               1tsp sesame oil
               1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
               1 tsp Masago (Caviar)
               Finely julienned cucumber
               1 tbsp sugar


                                         Lagniappe





               Sauté Scallops and Shrimp with Salt & Pepper and Garlic, add the lemon
               juice, 1tsp soy sauce, mushrooms, Caviar and Red onions.

               Toss with the Dynamite Sauce, place in a broiler to brown the top.
