Crab boiled ribs
Ingredients
6 lbs country style ribs ½ cup liquid Crab Boil
1 head Garlic (cut into two pieces) 2 ribs celery
3 bay leaves 1 large onion (quartered)
Favorite BBQ sauce 2 carrots
1 tsp black peppercorns 2 tbsp salt
2 tsp Cajun seasoning

In a large pot, combine all the ingredients except BBQ sauce and enough
water to cover the ribs, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover the pot and simmer
for 1 ½ hours or until the ribs are very tender.
Remove from the pot; discard all the liquid and vegetables from the ribs.
In a separate baking pan spread the BBQ sauce over the bottom of the ribs
and pan,
Lay the ribs flat over the sauce and cover the top of the ribs with additional
sauce.
Cover the meat with foil and cook on grill or in oven till tender (about 2 – 3
hours)
Finish the ribs on the grill till the sauce begins to caramelize.
