Our Health Care Practice



              Our team consists of six attorneys dedicated to helping health care clients address legal needs, such as organizational
              design, regulatory compliance, HIPAA and patient privacy issues, reimbursement, corporate financing, labor and
              employment, real estate, taxation and employee benefits, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances,
              and litigation, among others. Our team is multidisciplinary and works in a collaborative manner across practice areas and
              office locations to ensure the highest level of efficiency and client satisfaction. We remain dedicated to working side-by-side
              with our clients to understand their businesses and address their needs. In addition to regular open dialogue with clients,
              we strive to stay abreast of current trends and regulations in industries and geographies in which our clients operate and
              alert them to any changes we see which may impact their organizations.

              COVID-related advice: During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, our health care attorneys worked seamlessly and
              tirelessly with our clients to provide real-time and up-to-date guidance regarding a wide array of matters to keep their
              facilities and practices safe and open. Such topics included the advice on many brand new laws such as those involving the
              use of PPE (personal protective equipment), telehealth waivers and relevant compliance obligations for use and billing,
              CARES Act funding, employment issues and more all while new regulations flowed out in some cases hourly. We remained
              steadfast and available to our clients in this unprecedented time and were happy to be there for them when they needed
