In December 2019, those of us
who live in the United States first
started hearing about COVID-19.
Over the next several months, the
virus became more prevalent as
it spread across the country. In
response, the jail administration at
the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office
went into preparation mode for the
safety, security, and health of the
men and women in our custody.
