With a heavy heart and with the deepest sense of loss. I must announce the passing of my wife on April 6th, due to dementia.
Thank you to all my friends at the Cascades for their concern, understanding and wonderful support during this extremely difficult time.

RemindeRs
Please do not put your trash barrels in front of your mail box. You take the risk of the waste removal trucks damaging your mail box with the automatic arms they use. Also the mailman may not deliver your mail if he can’t get to it easily.
Also, be sure your trash receptacles are 3’ apart, so the automatic arms of the trucks can access them without damaging any of the other bins.
If possible, if you see anyone tailgating please make note of the vehicle and or license
plate, or name of service vehicle to the front office.
