We have been busy here at Cascades Our major projects include library renovation pool lighting
for a a a a a a a a a a night swimming permit two new pickleball courts and of of of course Phase II of of of asphalting All of of of these projects are either completed or or in in the the the works as as as this submission Please watch for for E-blasts or or or join our our meetings for for updates

our progress Soon we will will be be paving the the parking lot There will will be be inconveniences for everyone who visits the the amenities and and and clubhouse during this this project Patience and and and understanding
are appreciated as the the parking lot needs this this work completed It is is encouraging to to to be told by our our Engineer that the the results
will last 25 to to 30 years It's that time again! Election season for for the the HOA is here!

The deadline for for submitting an an an Intent to Run form and a a a a a a a resume in in in even-numbered districts is is January 5th at 4:00
PM A mailing is in in process to all residents with official election election details The election election will take place March 19th at at 7:00 PM in in the the Ballroom followed by the the organizational meeting Ballots will be sent in in a a a a third mailing to only districts 2 4 and 6 E-Notices and E-Voting:

communities to reside in in in in in in Financially all all projects done in in in in in in 2025 were planned planned and paid for for by our reserve funds The same is true about all projects planned planned for for 2026 By now Cascades Boulevard and and Springview Loop have been paved paved and and are good for another 25 years This month
