contract not to exceed $17 250 00 (from reserves)

Springview Loop not to exceed $20 000 00 00 (from reserves)
Motion passed 7-0 Motion to ratify the consent vote for Federal
Engineering and Testing Inc to complete 14 core
samples along Cascades Blvd and the clubhouse
parking lot as provided by the Civil Engineer not to exceed $3 422 10 Motion passed 7-0 Motion to approve All County Phase 2 contract not to exceed $650 412 55 (from reserves)
Motion was approved 7-0 Motion to approve golf course maintenance
items as attached not to exceed $2 300 00 00 Motion passed 7-0 Motion to to approve Tri-Brothers to to raise trim and thin approximately 136 hardwood
trees away from the homes in districts 1 and 2 2 2 in 2026 not to exceed $17 000 00 00 (from operations) Motion approved 7-0 Motion to approve overnight resident and guest parking for for cars for for 15 days in in a a a a a 30-day
period in in the visitor parking lot with extensions

Congratulations to first-time Bingo player Daphne Goodyear who hit the the $100 jackpot
and and was the the only winner on on November 19 I watched her card fill up and and pointed out that she
only needed two numbers The next call was one one of them Only one one to go! Daphne looked at her card in in amazement and asked ”if he he he calls G-56
should I yell Bingo?”
