senior staff deputies Our guests guests enjoyed a a a a a catered buffet dinner and refreshments while
being entertained by by the popular D-J “Kissed
by a Rose” The VFRC would like to thank all our meeting
and and events attendees in in in 2025 and and give a a a a a a a a a a special

On Veterans Day Nov 11th we celebrated with
our nation’s military heroes who reside in in the Cascades community Guests also in in in attendance included family members and friends The Veterans and first Responders Club

the Men’s Club
Club
once again for an an evening of of tribute honor and celebration Everyone was there for for the the the common purpose of of saying “thank you” for for the the the sacrifice to our our club members who served our nation Deane Piekara and and Joe Carroll hosted the evening evening to a a a a a a a a a a a a a packed Ballroom of veterans and and family members The evening evening began with
audio/
video/music tributes to to our veterans We were
honored to to have the the the presentation of the the the colors
by by the the the Port St Lucie Junior High ROTC The traditional traditional pledge of allegiance was recited by by by all all all standing guests followed by by by by the the traditional traditional singing by by by all all of our National Anthem led by by by community member Diane Nevirauskas The highlight of the the program was when the the veterans were
called to to to order and and proceeded to to to the the the front front of of the the the ballroom to to to stand in front front of of their respective service flags A A medley of hymns was played on the big screen
depicting each military service A A standing ovation during this part of of of the the program created
an aura of of of pride on on on the the faces of of of our honored heroes Well deserved! The big screen

pics of our member vets some some portraying their service days as as well as as some some in in current day day This year’s very special
guest speaker was Emily Dona from the the Southeast Florida Honor
