PAIN-FREE ORDERING

Minimum open stock opening order $144.00. Reorders $100.00. Orders under minimum are subject to a $15.00 fee.
Purchase Orders: All P.O.’s must be signed by the buyer whenever possible and include the buyer’s name, phone, fax number, and email address.

We are available Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. Customer service will assist you with placing orders or answering
questions regarding order status and related customer issues.
We prefer Credit Card (M/C, VISA, Discover, AMEX) on first order. Credit information is required to offer open terms to any account. This includes 3
trade references, banking information, and signature from the authorized buyer. Our terms are Net 30 unless otherwise approved by management, or
through an authorized sales promotion. There is a $25.00 service charge imposed on all returned checks. Invoices not paid within terms are subject
to a 1½ % per month late fee. Accounts not current will be placed on credit hold and shipment of reorders will be delayed.

Shipping: All orders are shipped FOB from our warehouse in Temecula, CA. Orders are shipped via FedEx ground unless otherwise specified by the
customer. Usual and customary shipping charges include insurance, processing, and actual shipping costs. We do not ship COD. Allow 2-3 weeks for
an initial order to be processed through credit. Credit card, pre-paid, and re-orders are typically shipped within 2–3 days of receipt, pending product
availability.
Returns: We accept returns on merchandise that is defective upon receipt, if reported within 7 days of date of delivery. “Damaged in shipping”
merchandise must be documented and reported to the courier by the customer. Contact My Fun Colors customer service for further instructions.
Back Orders/Substitutions: Backorders under $36.00 may be canceled. Substitutions of similar colors are at the discretion of the factory, unless
specified by the customer on the order.
Discounts/Guarantees: No discounts, guarantee sales, or special terms will be allowed, except by vendor promotion or authorization of management.
