Dadima’s Corner
Dadima will tell you what happened when the sun went on
a holiday.
The sun was feeling tired.
He had been working for so long.
He had to glow all the time.
He decided to go on a holiday
and relax.
He did not come out
for weeks.
Nobody could see him
even during the day.
Everything came to a
standstill. It got very cold.
The leaves of trees dried
and fell.
People found it difficult to come out of the house.
The sun thought of checking what was happening without him.
He saw that snow had covered the land and it was freezing cold.
