MEET AND GREET VIETNAM
The step back in time to French colonial rule
starts as you step out of the airport and hop into
a gleaming vintage Citroën car. The La Dalat is a
cool convertible car, manufactured in Dalat from
1970 to the fall of Saigon in 1975. It is the only
vintage vehicle finding its roots in Vietnam.
The guide and driver will take you on a brief
exploration tour of Ho Chi Minh City’s District
1, the colonial part of the city that locals still call
Saigon. You can enjoy visiting a mix of old and
modern Saigon from the back of the car, passing
colonial buildings while the guide explains their
history and relevance to the city.
Stop off at the Continental Hotel, surely the
city’s most stand out colonial building to enjoy HO CHI MINH CITY
a refreshing drink and view from the historical
terrace. The transfer ends with transfer to your
hotel.
