Favorite Memory of Residency:
Patient care. At Loyola, we are so fortunate to
have the opportunity to care for a variety of
complex, high-acuity patients of diverse
backgrounds. The most memorable cases are
those which present challenging diagnostic and
management dilemmas. Even more
memorable though, were those times when
I was able to connect with my patients on a
personal level and to share in their
happiness when we achieved favorable
outcomes. I will also cherish all the
friendships I have made over the past three
years among my co-residents, medical
students, and attendings.
