Business Relationship Management
Much of business and life runs on relationship. If you have a good relationship with another party, then there is often much grace to be had, if and when mistakes are made. In any
service provider/customer relationship,
mistakes will be made. The BRM process
looks to create and maintain that
relationship with the customer to ensure
that we do understand the customer
needs, and that the customer understands
that sincere effort is being made on their
behalf.
