 Service Design Lifecycle Stage
Service Design is responsible for designing services and everything else that is required to ensure that services are going to be valuable to the customer. In order for a service to be valuable, it must deliver Utility and Warrant to meet the customer’s needs. Service Design uses the 4 P’s of service design (people, process, products, and partners) and the 5 aspects of service design (remember STAMP?)
