Purpose
Scope The scope of the design coordination process includes all design activity, particularly all new or changed service solutions that are being designed for transition into or out of the live environment.
Coordinates all design activities:
• across projects, changes, suppliers, support teams
• schedules
• resources and capabilities
• conflicts
• quality criteria
• any interfaces to other lifecycle stages or processes
• conformance to all corporate standards
• strategic
• architectural • governance
To ensure the goals and objectives of the service design stage
are met. Act as the single point of coordination & control for all activities & processes in the design lifecycle stage.
