Service Level Reporting
SLAM Charts and RAG Charts - SLAM (Service Level Agreement Monitoring) and RAG (Red, Amber, Green) charts are common names for the type of report given to customers with details as to the time periods where IT Services were green (Good), amber (Marginal), or Red (impaired)
Achievement of service level targets should be reported back to the customer. This can be done in several different ways.
