Service Review Activities
A service Review Activities is a meeting between the Service Level Manager and Customer to discuss Service Level Achievement. This meeting is used to validate the
customer experience against the
internal monitoring that the Service Provider has done, and can also be used to
1. set expectations for the next reporting period,
2. Collect any customer plans that could affect the service providers ability to perform, and
3. strengthen the relationship between the service provider and the customer.
