Process Practitioner
A process practitioner is responsible for carrying out one or more process activities. The practitioner role may be combined with the manager’s role in some organizations, or there may be several practitioners in a single process.
The process practitioner’s responsibilities typically include:
• Carrying out one or more activities of a process
• Understanding how their role contributes to service delivery and
value creation for the business
• Working to ensure their contributions are effective.
• Ensuring that activity inputs, outputs and interfaces are correct
• Documenting activity to show progress and completion
