1.B.  The office of the Association shall be the Administration Office, PGI
                       Incorporated, 1625 West Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 or such other
                       place as may be may be designated by the Board of Directors.

                  1.C.  The fiscal year of the Association shall be from October 1st to September 30th.

                  1.D.  The seal of the Corporation shall bear the name of the Corporation, the word
                       "Florida", the words "Corporation Not-For-Profit", and the year of incorporation.
