(4) The Treasurer shall have custody of all monies belonging to the Association,
shall be solely responsible for all such monies in accordance with good
accounting practices and shall perform all other duties incident to the office
of the Treasurer.
4.E. The compensation of all officers and employees of the Association shall be fixed
by the Board of Directors. The provision that Directors fees shall be determined
by the Association members shall not preclude the Board of Directors from
employing a Director as an employee of the Association nor preclude the Board
of Directors from contracting with a Director for providing services for the
Association.
