9. Arbitration. There shall be voluntary binding arbitration of internal disputes arising
from the operation of the Association and/or its property, among developers or lot
owners, the Association, and their agents and assigns.
The foregoing were adopted by unanimous written consent of the Board of Directors
as the substantial Rewording of Bylaws of SECTION 23 PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC., A corporation not-For-Profit under the laws of the State of
Florida.
